Q: I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

A: If you would like to cancel your order, please fill out the cancellation form here immediately! Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the purchase.

Q: I wanted to cancel but my order has already shipped!

A: If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to check out our Sports Planner Promise here.


Q: Do you ship overseas? 

A: Yes, we ship all over the world! To see the cost of shipping to your country, simply fill up your cart, enter your shipping address, and our automated shopping cart will give you the total.

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: We do our best to ship planners out as soon as possible! Orders take between 2 - 3 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) to process and ship out from the purchase date. However, pre-orders and back-orders will be processed once the product is released/available.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

A: When an order is shipped, all tracking information is provided with your shipping confirmation. Shipping duration is dependent on destination country.

Domestic Orders (3 - 5 business days) 
All domestic orders are shipped through My Hermes with a shipping duration of 3 - 5 business days after the package has left our facility. Packages can be tracked through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

International Orders (DHL Express: 3 - 5 business days, Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 business days) 
International shipping times may vary depending on the selected shipping method. Packages can be tracked through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Please note, during the holiday seasons, shipping duration is expected to take longer. The best way to stay up to date on when the holiday seasons begin is by subscribing to our newsletter.

Q: International Customs Duty? 

A: The cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only and not towards any additional custom fees. 

International orders are subject to customs taxes and not all packages are charged. It is a case by case situation. As the customer, you are liable for any additional customs taxes and payment is necessary to receive your package.

As mentioned during checkout, Sports Planner is not responsible for any additional custom fees that may occur.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and have your package returned, we will be sure to process a refund on to your original form of payment once we receive it.

Q: I received a defective planner (missing some pages/out of order/etc.). What do I do?

A: Oh no! Please shoot us a message here, and we’ll get a replacement planner sent your way.

Q: Do you customise planners?

A: Sports Planner can customise order depending on the number of planners ordered. For further enquiries give us a shoot here. 

Q: Do you have plans to develop an app?

A: We believe that pen and paper is the perfect tool for the creative process, as it allows you to create tangible ideas which can then be broken down into actionable steps! That is why we do not have any plans to create an app. Thank you for understanding.
